Overview The role involves providing hands-on support in maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving plant equipment, must have strong focus on electrical systems while supporting mechanical tasks as required. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring maximum uptime of critical electroplating lines, ancillary equipment, and supporting utilities, while maintaining compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a wide range of electrical and electro-mechanical equipment including plating lines, rectifiers, pumps, motors, compressed air and control panels. * Diagnose and repair electrical faults, control wiring, drives, sensors, and instrumentation. * Support mechanical repairs such as pumps, pipework, and hydraulics as required. * Ensure equipment is maintained to achieve maximum efficiency and reliability, minimizing downtime. * Work closely with production teams to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively. * Contribute to continuous improvement projects and modifications to improve reliability, safety, and efficiency.Maintain accurate maintenance records a...
