Offer description

Responsible for overseeing all Service Sales activities within the Region including Repairs Targets, Warranty contracts and retention and New Business Development. Liaises with clients, consultants and service related specifiers building relationships and defining their requirements. Manages the Service Sales Team inclduing but not limited to Business Development Manager, Repairs Estimator and Admin support. Liaises closely with the Service Manager (Ops) on such items as Admin resource, troublesome lifts, key client meetings

Maintenance Contracts

Oversees warranty and new contract sales in accordance with annual targets, monitoring and managing the BDM, providing support and guidance as required. Ensures Sales logix is maintained to a high standard providing live reports as and when required.

Repair Sales Management

Co-ordinate repairs offers and follow up by the sales team. Ensures a high volume of enquiries & offers are genereted via dilap reports, identifying troublesome lifts, H&S items, Regulation compliance, engineers & Insurance reports etc to achieve targets. Surveys site as necessary and prepares accurate sales offers. Liaises and meets with Service Manager (Ops) regularly to discuss troublesome lifts, any special assistance requirements (such as Field Tech). Ensures all supplier quotes are obtained and orders are accurate for easy and efficient handover to Operations.

Sales Systems & Forecasting

Maintains up to date information on all live offers and ensures sales team follow common process for ease of information retreival. All relevant data to be captured on BINSA ,SLX and E-files as necessary. Provides accurate monthly sales figures and forecasts for department reporting.

Product & Client Development

Develops knowledge of the complete Orona regional portfolio. Ensures the sales team are recommending the appropriate contracts and products to meet our customer's needs. Continually building existing and new client relationships to ensure the long term sales sustainability of the dept.

Resource Management

Responsible for identfying team training and support requirments. Identify weaknesses/ strengths with the long term view of ensuring the company presents a professional qualified sales team. Has regular meetings with the Service Manager (Ops), liaising with field techs, engineers etc as necessary to drive sales within the dept. Offers advise and suggestions to engineers to maximise sales potential from the portfolio.

Requirements

Sales Management Ability - Oversee the sales dept and generate enquiries and close regular orders to ensure growth of the dept via the use of industry knowledge and excellent sales and management techniques.

Product Knowledge - The ability to gain a sound knowledge of the Orona regional lift portfolio and of competitor contracts. Requiress to have a sound knowledge of pricing and expected margins to be achieved.

Organising – Ability to orchestrate multiple activities at once, arrange information and files in a structured way and anticipate impact of related activities.

Customer Focus - To build effective relationships with internal and external customers, gaining their trust and respect through meeting and exceeding their expectations.

Team Working - Keep up team spirit or morale and sensitive to others

Presentation Skills - Commands attention and able to communicate through formal presentation settings adjusting the delivery to reflect the specific audience.

Building Relationships - Builds good relationships with peers and others by co-operating, finding common ground to solve problems, encouraging collaboration, representing own interests but being fair to other groups.

Negotiation - Be able to negotiate skilfully in tough situations winning concessions without damaging relationships
