We're on the hunt for an experienced and driven General Manager to lead the opening and ongoing success of an exciting new venue in Burton upon Trent. This isn't just any bar – we'll be serving up great cocktails, delicious food, and a full entertainment experience featuring virtual darts, mini golf, axe throwing, beer pong, and more.
As General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind creating a vibrant, memorable guest experience while ensuring the business runs efficiently and profitably.
What you'll do:
* Lead, motivate, and inspire a large, diverse team to deliver world-class service.
* Oversee daily operations across bar, kitchen, and entertainment.
* Ensure consistent excellence in cocktails, food quality, and customer service.
* Manage and optimise labour schedules to balance service standards and costs.
* Take ownership of the P&L, hitting financial targets through smart decision-making.
* Implement and maintain robust systems and processes to ensure smooth operations.
* Drive attention to detail across all aspects of the venue, from presentation to performance.
* Support recruitment, training, and development of staff.
* Foster a fun, safe, and inclusive working environment.
