The Person
* Experienced Home Manager with a good track record
* Strong background in residential dementia care
* Level 5 qualification achieved or working towards
* Positive visible and people‑focused leadership style
* Able to engage confidently with families, बुल professionals and the local community
* Comfortable building momentum without the need for radical change
