We’re looking for a curious and data‑driven CRM & Sales Analyst to join our UK & Ireland Sales team. This is a highly visible role where you’ll work primarily within HubSpot, transforming CRM and sales data into clear, actionable insights that support senior leaders and frontline sales teams.
You’ll play a key part in developing how we use CRM across the business — improving data quality, building dashboards, analysing performance, and helping the sales function focus its efforts where they’ll have the greatest impact. Full training and ongoing development will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to grow a career in sales analytics and CRM within a supportive, forward‑thinking environment.

What You Will Be Responsible For
You’ll be a central link between data, CRM, and the sales function — helping drive smarter, insight‑led decision making.
* Identifying CRM targeting opportunities for Area Sales Managers to increase share of space and share of market
* Monitoring and analysing key CRM metrics, KPIs, and sales performance data
* Supporting customer segmentation to improve targeting and focus
* Owning the monitoring, analysis, and communication of promotion results
Data Quality & CRM Development
* Manually enriching CRM datasets to fill gaps and improve data accuracy
* Ensuring customer details such as category, ownership structure, and group data are accurate and up to date
* Building, maintaining, and improving CRM dashboards
* Supporting the integration of CRM data into wider business reporting
Analysis, Reporting & ROI
* Producing ad‑hoc analysis to support sales teams and senior management
* Working with colleagues to build ROI models for sales activity such as promotions, displays, and field visits
* Translating complex data into clear, meaningful insights that drive action
For This Role We Would Need You To Demonstrate
You’ll be analytical, organised, and confident working with data, with the ability to manage deadlines and priorities independently.
You’ll bring
* Advanced Excel skills, with confidence handling large datasets
* Knowledge or experience of CRM systems (HubSpot advantageous)
* Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to data accuracy
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* An ambition to develop within a data‑focused, analytical role
* A proactive, can‑do attitude with the ability to work to deadlines unsupervised
* The confidence to work with stakeholders across sales and leadership teams
