The role:
The Sales Administrator will be the first point of contact for our business for prospective and existing clients. You will provide comprehensive support to our dedicated, driven, and successful nationwide Sales Team; managing the sales process from initial contact to conversion into live engineering works, and where necessary, through to completion of engineering works. Your responsibilities include assigning work, diary management, using in-house systems, and handling associated administrative tasks.
Main Purpose:
* Provide Sales Support to the Media Sales department
* Manage leads and distribute within agreed SLAs
* Set up appointments with key clients at the quote stage
* Follow up on submitted quotations
* Support quote generation and client correspondence throughout the sales cycle
* Update all data management systems
* Organise and collate Job Packs for engineering
Key Performance Areas:
* General sales administration
* Inbound/outbound communication with clients and customers, verbal and written
* Internal communication with sales team
* Follow up on quotes and sales leads
* Lead generation
* Organising client appointments
* Accurate updates of CRM systems
Key Skills/Knowledge:
* Previous Sales Administrator experience in a Telecoms/Engineering environment preferred
* Experience in similar industry roles preferred, with previous sales environment exposure
* Experience managing high-volume internal and external relationships is advantageous
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), especially with remote contacts, with negotiation and influencing abilities
* Proficient IT skills including Outlook, Word, Excel (reporting), and database management
* Strong organisational and document management skills essential
