Main duties of the job
As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will be an integral part of the leadership team, working closely with the Clinical Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and compassionate care to all residents. Your responsibilities will include: overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations, supporting and mentoring the nursing team, liaising with residents, families, and healthcare professionals, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the home's services. You will be an effective communicator, a strong decision-maker, and a role model for the team, demonstrating the values and principles of Aria Care.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* The successful candidate must be a registered nurse (NMC Pin required) with significant experience in a clinical leadership role within a care setting. They should have a strong understanding of clinical governance, regulatory requirements, and best practices in nursing care. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills are essential.
