What the Training Looks Like:
Year 1
* Learn on the job with a reduced teaching timetable
* Build confidence through observation, lesson delivery, and coaching
* Receive ongoing mentoring and CPD
Year 2
* Begin a fully funded PGCE (in-school) with Buckingham University
* Take on a fuller teaching load and more responsibility
* Gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Progress to the Early Career Framework (ECT)
* Continue developing with mentoring and leadership opportunities
