The Role • In-class GCSE support • Small group intervention • Restorative behaviour conversations • Structured social supervision Environment • Small classes • Calm corridors • High staff presence • Clear expectations Students leave at 2:30pm. Staff remain until 4:30pm for admin and reports. Behaviour & Boundaries • Low-level swearing redirected • Verbal abuse not tolerated • Rare physical incidents managed through de-escalation Experience & Pay Behaviour or youth work experience desirable.
