The Role This opportunity is for Level 3 Qualified Nursery practitioners who are enthusiastic and creative workers, who can also communicate clearly with the other members of staff. The Manager and Head Teachers of these settings are keen for people who are able to jump into a role, take responsibilities, have strong communication skills, can set up safe but fun environments to engage children in their learning and development. You will be expected to: Be passionate about the care and development of each individual. Support vulnerable families. Be adaptable with activities that have additional or SEND needs. Inspire and motivate children, staff and parents. Deliver pre-planned activities related to individuals’ development - inside and outside activities.
