Job Summary: We are looking for a flexible and adaptable Sous Chef to join our team. You will support many of our sites and ensure smooth kitchen operations across various environments. Key Responsibilities: Assist in meal planning and preparation. Supervise kitchen staff and maintain food quality. Keep the kitchen clean and organised. Adapt menus for different dietary needs. Ensure health and safety compliance. Manage inventory and supplies. Train junior staff. Qualifications and Skills: Experience as a Sous Chef or similar role. Food and hygiene level 2 and above. Enhanced DBS check is ideal. Knowledge of cooking techniques and cuisines. Organisational and leadership skills. Flexible hours availability. Strong communication skills.
