Your new role As a Mobile Response Technician, you will play a key role in providing total building cover across a range of sites. You will carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, unlocking/locking duties, fire and intruder alarm checks, and safe contractor oversight. You'll take responsibility for accurate record‑keeping, safe equipment use, ordering materials, managing keys, and maintaining strong working relationships with staff, contractors, and members of the public. You will also support health and safety compliance across all properties and ensure safe working practices at all times.
