A Day in the Life Cooking, prepping and plating breakfasts to a high standard Working with a skilled team and supporting new starters with procedures and best practice Following recipe cards to deliver a consistent, quality breakfast offer Carrying out stock checks, ordering supplies and keeping records up to date Monitoring food safety standards — temperatures, cleaning schedules, daily due diligence Getting involved in deep cleans and occasional fine‑dining functions. What You’ll Bring A relevant culinary qualification (706/1, 706/2 or equivalent) A confident, collaborative approach in the kitchen Flexibility, creativity and a passion for great food Ability to pass security vetting and DBS checks You must have lived in the UK for the last 3 years and have the legal right to work here (security requirement) Ready to Rise with Us?
