* Provide general administrative support to the recruitment function
* Advertise vacancies online via internal and external job boards and Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
* Manage and oversee all recruitment enquiries
* Conduct initial telephone screening of candidates and assist with interviews when required
* Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies or skills criteria
* Liaise with candidates throughout the recruitment process
* Assist the recruiters with sourcing candidates from multiple platforms including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and in-house ATS system
* Identify and follow up on candidate leads
* Assist in managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously
* Management of TA team's calendars and administrating and scheduling appointments and interviews
* Develop and maintain recruitment database and pipelines and live global talent pools
* Assist with collating data for monthly metrics and KPIs and support with reporting on recruitment activity
* Administration of internal recruitment and candidate referral schemes
* Assist with graduate recruitment campaigns and graduate fairs including organisation, logistics and attendance
* Actively promoting of company values and positive culture by leading by example
* Encourage continuous improvement of the TA function.

Experience, Competency and Qualifications
* Relevant practical experience in an resourcing/administrative role, preferably within recruitment or HR
* Previous experience in a similar role within the Oil and Gas/Energy industry
* Keen interest in recruitment and latest talent acquisition trends
* Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
* Confident telephone skills and manner
* Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment across multiple regions and time zones.
