Responsibilities
* Operate counterbalance forklifts to transport goods to and from storage areas, loading docks, and production lines.
* Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure safe operation.
* Accurately pick, wrap, and prepare orders for shipment.
* Follow all safety regulations and company policies regarding forklift operation and warehouse procedures.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse or storage areas.
* Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
Requirements
* Valid Counterbalance Forklift License (in-house licenses may not be accepted).
* Proven experience operating counterbalance forklifts in a warehouse or industrial environment.
* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to forklift operation.
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Willingness to adapt to varying tasks as needed within the warehouse.
