Job purpose is to supervise Team Leaders & Production Operators to Convert Vehicles to schedule. Role Summary The role is responsible for planning, organising, and controlling production resources to meet customer requirements efficiently and effectively. This includes monitoring key performance indicators such as cost, quality, delivery, housekeeping, and attendance, ensuring compliance with company standards and health and safety regulations.
