Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
* Plan and organise production resources in order to meet customer requirements.
* Monitor and control production key performance indicators of cost, quality, delivery, housekeeping, absence etc in accordance with company requirements.
* Support and drive continuous improvement activities in order to optimise costs, equipment and processes.
* Leadership of direct reports, building effective teams, develop motivation and commitment, maintain morale and action all disciplinary issues.
* Ensure compliance with policies and procedures of the company including Health and Safety.
