Location: Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire
Salary: Up to £51K per Annum (DOE) + Excellent Bonus Structure

We’re proud to be partnering with a prestigious Care Provider in their search for an experienced and committed Care Home Manager / Registered Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of one of their specialist services in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
Skills & Qualities
* Proven manager with experience of successfully leading a high-quality care home
* Qualified in Positive Behaviour Support, Learning Disabilities, or Nursing
* Currently registered with the CQC, or previously registered in a comparable role
* Strong, up-to-date knowledge of care sector regulations and best practice
Experience
* RNLD or RMN with an active NMC pin – desirable (not essential)
* Knowledge of care regulations (CQC, Health and Social Care Act, KLOEs, etc.)
* Passionate about high-quality, person-centred care
* Confident using IT systems
* Full UK driving licence required
