Role Overview
As Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, you will act as a trusted and highly organised partner, managing priorities, communications, and day-to-day executive support. This is a pivotal role requiring discretion, excellent judgement, and the ability to operate confidently within a fast-paced, creative, and entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimise the Managing Director's diary, meetings, and travel arrangements, including domestic and international travel
Prepare, review, and edit high-level correspondence, reports, presentations, and executive documentation
Ensure the Managing Director is fully briefed and prepared for meetings, presentations, and engagements
Support the Managing Director with key strategic initiatives and business-critical projects
Track actions, deadlines, and follow-ups across the senior leadership team
Conduct research and compile insights to support informed decision-making
Act as the primary point of contact between the Managing Director and internal and external stakeholders
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers
Coordinate leadership meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action tracking
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
Support the organisation of executive events, meetings, and special projects
Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency within executive operations
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting a Managing Director, CEO, or senior executive
Experience within creative, media, design, production, or entertainment industries is advantageous
Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
