Credit Control Permanent Full Time Fully office-based Free Parking Up to £30,000 Your new role As Credit Controller, you’ll take ownership of your own customer ledger and play a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow and strong customer relationships.Key responsibilities: Chasing outstanding debt via phone and email Managing customer accounts and payment terms Allocating cash and processing payments accurately Resolving invoice and payment queries quickly Working closely with sales and internal teams Maintaining accurate customer records Escalating ongoing issues when required Supporting colleagues and contributing to team success Using accounting systems including Sage 200 What you'll need to succeed We’re looking for someone confident, organised and proactive who enjoys working in a busy environment.Ideal skills and experience: Previous experience in credit control Strong communication and telephone skills Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment Good problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong Microsoft Office skills Sage 200 experience desirable Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic What you'll get in return This role would suit a motivated Credit Controller looking for stability, career growth and the chance to work within a friendly and professional team environment.
