The South London Partnership are looking for a dynamic Enterprise Coordinator to become the engine of the South London Careers Hub. In this role you will support schools and colleges to improve careers activities in South London and respond to the needs of the local economy.
Location: Twickenham
Salary: £38,976 – £47,229
Contract: Fixed‑Term Contract until August 2025
Key responsibilities
* Engage local employers and businesses across the South London region to connect and support schools and colleges with their career provision, creating a home‑grown talent pipeline of young people skilled and ready for work.
* Strengthen and build networks and partnerships with schools, colleges, Careers Leaders, SENCOs, local and national businesses, local authorities and career support providers.
* Support the development of high‑quality, innovative career programmes and activities by fostering collaboration between businesses and careers leaders.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience
* Experience working within the careers landscape.

* Experience of establishing sustainable and effective partnerships with key stakeholders, including education and employers.
* Effective project‑management skills.
* Effective organisational skills.
* Excellent time‑management skills.
