We are currently partnering with a leading manufacturing organisation based in Birmingham, who are recruiting for an Employee Relations Case Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate must have previous experience working within manufacturing or a similar environment, and must be willing to travel to sites nationwide as required.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Managing ER casework escalated from site HR Managers including grievances, absence, disciplinaries
* Supporting external legal counsels in tribunals (if required)
* Running employment law updates with HR managers and upskilling them and operational managers on dealing with Employee Relations casework
* Providing policy and strategy advice to HR and operational colleagues
* Supporting employment related projects such as change programmes, TUPE, redundancy & M+A activities
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
* Large scale ER casework experience
* Worked within manufacturing or a similar environment
* Driving licence is essential
* Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Confident working with key stakeholders
