Key Account Manager – Field Based (UK)

About the Role
An opportunity for an experienced Key Account Manager to drive the promotion and growth of a biosimilar and biologic portfolio across key UK accounts. This is a field-based role focused on sales performance, account strategy, and stakeholder engagement within regional healthcare systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic account business plans
* Drive sales through engagement with HCPs, pharmacists, payers, and budget holders
* Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
* Work cross-functionally with Medical, Marketing, and Commercial teams
* Deliver territory sales targets and maintain accurate CRM reporting
* Maintain high levels of clinical, technical, and market knowledge
* Act at all times with integrity and in full compliance with industry standards
Experience & Skills
* Degree qualified or equivalent
* Proven success in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
* Biosimilars and/or biologics experience preferred
* Strong account management, influencing, and negotiation skills
* ABPI accredited
* Commercially driven, resilient, and collaborative
