Job Title: Marketing Administrator
Location: Hybrid working (3 days office-based (EC2 location), 2 days remote)
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 DOE

More about the role:
* Supporting the marketing and commercial teams with the creation of branded business documents, presentations, and proposals.
* Ensuring all marketing materials remain accurate, consistent, and on-brand.
* Supporting the preparation of event packs, promotional materials, and supplier coordination while tracking costs and budgets.
* Reviewing, uploading, and managing blogs for the company website and sharing business-wide stories and successes.
* Liaising with teams across the business to gather news, achievements, and case studies for internal and external communications.
* Supporting email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and internal communications using platforms such as HubSpot and SharePoint.
* Collating feedback, analytics, and engagement reports to provide basic performance insights to the marketing team.
Successful applicant:
* Highly organised with strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* An excellent written communicator, confident reviewing and creating engaging content and stories.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Confident liaising with colleagues at all levels and external stakeholders such as suppliers and venues.
* Proactive, adaptable, and eager to get involved across a wide range of marketing activities.
* Experience with CMS platforms, email marketing tools, event coordination, or basic design software is desirable but not essential.
* A positive, solutions-focused mindset with a genuine interest in developing a career in marketing.
