Keen to expand their employment team, the appointed Employment Solicitor will possess the ability to deal with a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment related matters and be able to provide advice to both employees and employers. Superb opportunity to deal with a broad client base as well as supervise and mentor junior members of the team.
THE CANDIDATE:The ideal Employment Solicitor will have at least 5 years’ PQE or other relevant qualified experience gained within a well-regarded regional or city firm and possess a sound knowledge of Employment Law. You will have a robust yet commercial approach with an ability to work under pressure, excellent written and oral communication skills and be a team player in order to always deliver high quality service.
