What does this Care Assistant job involve?
Hours of Work: Shifts available between 06:00 - 20:00
* Assist service users with personal care (washing, skincare, toileting, dressing).
* Prepare meals and administer medication as per guidelines.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene (making beds, cleaning commodes, catheter care).
* Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for service users.
* Monitor and promptly report any safeguarding issues.
