About the Role
1. Multiskilled Production Operative
2. £35,075.04
3. 24/7 shift pattern - A 4 on 4 off continuous shift pattern, including 12 hours shifts, days and nights. Average of 42 hours per week.
4. Permanent
As a Multiskilled Production Operative, you will be part of a supportive team, working with colleagues who will help you settle in, find your way around, and show you the ropes.
Your main tasks and duties will be:
5. Operate standard machinery at a basic level - full training provided.
6. Ensure the effective running of production and packaging lines.
7. Complete quality checks and record results, reporting any non-conformances.
8. Work as part of a team to ensure the site is audit-ready at all times.
9. Contribute to meeting team and company-wide production targets, which make a real difference to our business and our customers.

About You
For the role of Multiskilled Production Operative we are looking for:
19. Be accurate in your daily tasks and duties, paying great attention to detail.
