About The Role Multiskilled Production Operative £35,209.94 24/7 shift pattern - A 4 on 4 off continuous shift pattern, including 12 hours shifts, days and nights. Average of 42 hours per week. Permanent As a Multiskilled Production Operative, you will be part of a supportive team, working with colleagues who will help you settle in, find your way around, and show you the ropes. Your main tasks and duties will be: Operate standard machinery at a basic level - full training provided. Ensure the effective running of production and packaging lines. Complete quality checks and record results, reporting any non-conformances. Work as part of a team to ensure the site is audit-ready at all times.
