This light and spacious setting provides professional, person-centred care for older people, including those living with dementia.Our accommodation offers a safe and homely environment, where up to 65 residents each receive kind and compassionate attention around the clock. The role of Activity Co-Ordinator involves providing a schedule of engaging pursuits that create a supportive environment where residents can thrive.The Activity Co-Ordinator will contribute to the planning, organising and facilitation of recreational and therapeutic activities for residents in our Homes.
