We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Care Assistant seeking a rewarding job at Brocastle Manor Care Home, Bridgend. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of care to our residents which promotes their independence while safeguarding their dignity. As part of the team, you will participate in the day to day activities of the home.
We’re offering Part Time / Full Time hours with a morning, days, late and night shifts across weekdays and weekends. We’ll talk through your availability and what works for you, while making sure we cover the shifts the home needs to provide the best care for our residents.

As part of this role, you will be required to complete a QCF Level 2 qualification, we will support you to do this and your training time will be paid.

At Brocastle, residents in need of residential and EMI care are supported to live as independently as possible in a safe environment with staff and management providing high standards of care.
