In this position, you'll be responsible for PPMs and reactive maintenance across a wide range of AC systems. If you have a strong background in air conditioning maintenance and experience within the building services industry, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a wide range of commercial air conditioning systems, ensuring compliance with manufacturer and industry standards. Carry out reactive repairs and fault diagnosis on systems such as VRV/VRF, split units, chillers, and heat pumps. Ensure all works are completed efficiently, on time, and to a high standard with minimal disruption to the client. Accurately complete service reports, job sheets, and compliance paperwork for all site visits.
