Machine Operative

Rotating shifts: 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm
Hourly rate £13.00 will increase in stages once you are fully trained up to £19.00 per hour
Premier Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Machine Operative to join a busy food production company based in Erith. This is an excellent ongoing temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
The Role:
* Operating production machinery, including robotic equipment (full training provided)
* Ensuring smooth running of the production line
* Carrying out quality checks and basic machine maintenance
* Working to health & safety and hygiene standards
Shift Pattern:
* Rotating shifts - one week early (6am-2pm), one week late (2pm-10pm)
* Monday to Friday
Requirements:
* Previous experience operating machinery, ideally within a food production environment
* Candidates from other manufacturing or production industries will also be considered
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
* Reliable, punctual and keen to learn new skills
