Business Development Manager
Hybrid working (National travelling position)
Full time, Permanent
£50,000 - £55,000 per annum + Car Allowance/Bonuses
Tide has partnered with an exciting home care provider with a national presence to support the growth of the Business Development function. This role is essential in designing and supporting structure for a portfolio of franchisee offices, increasing revenue & driving profitability.
Job Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Quality Consultants & Standards Team to uphold Franchise Standards, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service.
* Provide external coaching support as needed and establish connections with external coaches.
* Share best commercial practices with business owners to support their journey and success.
* Collaborate with franchise owners on organisational modeling to enhance efficiency.
* Serve as the franchisor's representative, overseeing that the brand image and quality standards are consistently maintained.
* Travel nationally across the franchises, working in close partnership with individual owners.
* Assist owners in recruiting and retaining high-quality Care Professionals.
Job Criteria (Essential)
* A minimum of 2 years Business Development experience specifically in Domiciliary Care/Home Care
* Working knowledge of CQC within Home Care
* Must have a full clean driving licence
* A degree or equivalent qualification is desirable.
