Job Title: Repairs Administrator
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Location: Loughton
Nuco Solutions is working with a busy and well-established roofing maintenance company based in Loughton, and we’re currently looking for a Repairs Administrator to join their high-performing team.This is a fast-paced role where you’ll be right at the heart of daily operations – managing engineer schedules, speaking with residents, and keeping things running smoothly. Role Responsibilities

Booking and managing appointments for a team of mobile engineers
*
Acting as the first point of contact for residents, operatives, and the client’s internal team
*
Using in-house systems to update records, track job progress, and generate reports
*
Making sure engineers are sticking to schedule and updating you with any changes
*
Re-arranging appointments if engineers are off sick or running late – and keeping residents informed
*
Escalating any concerns about work quality, delays, or operative issues to supervisors/managers
*
Supporting your team and looking for ways to improve processes
Requirements
*
Experience in a similar admin or scheduling role – ideally within repairs, maintenance or housing
*
Confident dealing with customers and operatives in a professional, friendly manner
*
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
*
Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks
*
Experience using scheduling/CRM systems (any experience with housing repairs systems is a bonus)
*
Knowledge of roofing terminology is helpful, but not essential
