Here's what you'll be doing

* Salary GBP32,006, rising to GBP34,225 once competent & great benefits

* We are currently seeking Field Support Agents to join our growing Field Debt Solutions team. You will play a vital role in helping our customers resolve their debts, supporting them with future payments, and assisting in reducing energy consumption.
* We will provide all necessary equipment: smartphone, tablet, tools, uniform, vehicle, and fuel card. After training, you can earn additional rewards based on performance, and there may be opportunities to learn how to install PAYG meters.

Key responsibilities include

* Providing excellent service by understanding customer circumstances and helping them agree on appropriate solutions to resolve their debts.
* Identifying new tenants through face-to-face discussions, letting agents, and neighbors, while complying with the Data Protection Act.
* Leading warrant teams to access customer premises for meter exchange or disconnection when necessary.
* Recording job information accurately using paperwork or electronic devices.


Profile:

What we need from you

* Experience in a customer-facing role with a genuine desire to help customers.
* Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
* Basic PC skills and proficiency with smartphones and tablets.
* Willing to travel within the area and reside nearby.
* A full, valid UK/EU driving license (preferably clean, with no more than 6 points).
