The Bid Management team are highly respected and engaged across the entire organisation in support of our client development work. We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bid Manager to join our team.
Working on both offensive new business opportunities and defensive tenders for existing clients you will work with the business to provide bid management expertise to the process. This will include working with client facing placement teams, data analytics, risk finance, strategic risk and claims teams on the technical content for the tender. In addition to working with the Marketing team to ensure we continue producing the highest quality client documentation.
Develop strong working relationships with the business to maintain the strong internal brand
Coordinating with the technical teams on the content required for the RfP ensuring the timescales for delivery are clear and agreed
Work with the Marketing team on the design and branding elements of the proposal
Provide support and training to the pitch delivery teams, including presentation delivery, effective communication and rehearsal feedback.
Strong organisational and planning skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
