We have an opportunity available for the position of Coating Inspector at SeAH Wind.

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Coating Inspector to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that all coatings applied to surfaces meet the highest standards and project specifications. You will oversee surface preparation methods, coating applications, and curing processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as NACE, SSPC, and ISO guidelines, including familiarity with Norsok M-501 requirements.
As a Coating Inspector, you will conduct thorough inspections and tests, document your findings, and collaborate closely with contractors and clients. Quality, safety, and attention to detail are paramount in this position, making it ideal for candidates with a strong technical background and excellent observational skills.
In this role, you will verify coating performance, document non-conformances, enforce safety regulations, and maintain inspection tools and records. You will also provide technical guidance and support to ensure project success, with occasional shift and weekend work required.
To excel in this position, you should hold relevant certifications such as AMPP Level 2/3, Icorr, or Frosio, and have experience in surface preparation, coatings application, or inspection. Strong analytical skills, technical knowledge, and familiarity with tools and software are essential. Experience in renewable energy projects is a plus.
