Job Description: Liaise with the Field Care Supervisor / Registered Manager to ensure the right number of Care Assistants, with the right skills mixes, are recruited to meet the needs of thebusiness. Allocate,processand adjust customer referrals and care needs promptly. Ensure full rota cover aligned with care plans and customer preferences. Schedule Care Assistants effectively, balancing skills, availability,traveland efficiency. Monitor workloads to maximise efficiency while supporting work/life balance. Adjust rotas quickly to cover sickness, holidays, or emergencies. Help with other administrative task in the office to help support the manager Providing Supportand liaising with customers, their family, doctors, nurses, and social workers. Covering care assistant holiday and sickness Participating with anon-callrota. Requirements Right to work in the UK without requiringsponsorshiporvisatransfer Previouscare assistant experience isrequired Previouscare coordinator experience isrequired Driving licence and access to own vehicle Strong understanding of care needs,confidentialityand safeguarding. Excellent organisation,adminand IT skills (including rostering systems). Skilled in rota planning, matching carers to customers and balancing efficiency withpreferences.
