Your duties will include: Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, primarily Mercedes-Benz. Ensure vehicles meet safety, reliability, and performance standards. Accurately identify faults and communicate findings to the Company Owner. Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations and quality procedures relevant to the task. Maintain a clean and organised work environment. Utilize your skills to produce high-quality work consistently in a busy workshop setting. Support team efforts to deliver excellent customer service and achieve workshop profitability. The ideal candidate for the Vehicle Technician position will possess the following requirements: Minimum qualification of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair; NVQ Level 3 qualification is highly desirable. Valid UK driving licence with minimal points. Ability to demonstrate a strong attitude towards work and a commitment to quality. Own basic toolkit; specialist tools will be provided. Prior experience with Mercedes-Benz or other German/prestige vehicles is advantageous but not essential. Good team player, motivated, and able to work efficiently under pressure. Preference for candidates with high standards of workmanship and a collaborative approach.
