Worcestershire County Council is seeking to appoint a School Improvement Adviser. Prospective candidates will be experienced, skilled and committed to school improvement. We are open to permanent appointments or a secondment arrangement, if preferred.
As a School Improvement Adviser, you will have the ability to develop and deliver highly effective support to a range of education settings in order to achieve better outcomes for children and young people within Worcestershire, as described in our Education and Skills Strategy. You will forge effective working relationships with the School Improvement Team, school leaders, and Governors.
Your role will include providing advice, coaching support, and CPD on all aspects of effective leadership and school improvement. You will have a caseload of schools to advise, as well as actively contributing to the CPD and bespoke support delivered by the School Improvement Team.

Salary: £33,146 to £35,549 per annum, plus up to 3 SPA points
