Team Leader – Housing Support Service - Full Time [37 hours]

Are you an experienced care professional ready to take the next step into leadership? Sense Scotland is seeking a motivated Team Leader to join our Housing Support Service in Cruden Bay.
In this role, you’ll lead and support a dedicated team providing high‑quality, person‑centred support to adults with complex needs. You’ll play a key role in ensuring individuals live fulfilling, independent lives while upholding Sense Scotland’s strong values and commitment to positive outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
1. Lead, coach and supervise staff to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred support
2. Oversee support planning, reviews and care delivery
3. Manage staff rotas and monitor attendance and performance
4. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with standards
5. Work collaboratively with families, management and professionals
6. Support staff development and on‑shift training
About you:
7. Significant experience supporting people with complex needs
8. SVQ Level 3 in Social Care (or SSSC‑recognised equivalent)
9. Valid UK Driving Licence
10. Confident leader with strong communication and organisational skills
11. Committed to person‑centred practice and values‑led care
12. Flexible to work days, evenings and weekends
