The company operates out of 70,000 square foot facility and are a mechanical component manufacturer. Distributing to both national and international clients, the company are looking to extensively grow over the coming years. In this role the suitable candidate will be expected to spearhead the production side of the business and be responsible for a team of 25, with 3 direct reports. You will need to mentor the team and maintain the operational structure of the workshop to ensure that production deadlines are met.
