Contract Compliance Coordinator

Contract: Healthcare

Location: Bishop Auckland, DL14 6AD

Hours of work: 37.5

Contract Type: Permanent

We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring the effective operation, administration, and compliance of the workplace environment for our clients. This role supports the smooth running of back‑office functions and contributes to a positive experience for employees, visitors, and stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who can deliver high‑quality customer service while working closely with internal teams, service partners, and subcontractors. The Coordinator will help maintain full compliance with Facilities Management procedures, contractual requirements, and statutory obligations.


Key Responsibilities

* Support Hard FM compliance and operations by assisting the Hard FM Manager and engineering teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant service delivery.
* Act as the main contact for compliance, estates, and contractor queries.
* Maintain accurate compliance records aligned with statutory regulations, HTMs, SFG20, and contractual obligations.
* Coordinate PPM and reactive maintenance activities, ensuring completion within required KPIs and timescales.
* Manage contractor visits, ensuring access, permits, and safety requirements are adhered to.
* Produce compliance reporting, including monthly and quarterly reports, KPIs, statutory compliance, and performance metrics.
* Manage CAFM systems (e.g., Concept Evolution), ensuring asset data, PPM schedules, and remedial actions remain up to date.
* Track statutory remedial works and ensure completion within risk‑based timeframes.
* Oversee contractor compliance documentation, including insurances, competencies, RAMS, and safety records.


Professional and Personal Competencies / Qualifications

* Experience in workplace operations or facilities management preferred, but not essential.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
* Excellent organisation and prioritisation abilities, with experience managing high‑volume workloads.
* Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate, auditable records.
* Strong problem‑solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
* Ability to work independently, taking ownership of tasks and driving improvements.
