We're seeking a Tech Strategy & Planning Lead to drive the development and execution of technology strategy across LII APAC, with a particular focus on Australia. In this role you'll combine strategic and financial planning, performance tracking and vendor partnership to inform senior leadership decisions and ensure successful delivery of priority programs. You'll also coach and mentor team members in day‑to‑day vendor management, financial controls and effective IT resource utilization.

Key responsibilities
Lead and own annual planning cycles and facilitate workshops within IT as well as through effective business engagement. Maintain and collate artefacts for project prioritization
Monitor and manage budget for IT, as well as performance on projects
Lead IT roadmap development effort through effective partnership with a broad business stakeholder group, local and abroad. Seek buy in and exercise influence to achieve the desired outcomes
Provide advisory to IT leadership team on resource planning, demand management and effective utilization
Create and review business cases and investment proposals for IT initiatives; quantify Return on Investment (ROI), Net Present Value (NPV), and payback period. Monitor performance on IT investment based on pre-agreed Objective & Key Results (OKRs)
Lead ad hoc initiatives as directed through effective co-ordination within IT and with business leadership teams
Effective vendor management through on-boarding, monitoring and liaising with Legal and Compliance team on outsourcing management
Ensure strong IT governance, adapt best practice, and drive changes across Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Project Management or related disciplines preferred.
Advance level proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint/PowerBI tools for modelling and scenario testing is a must.
Experience in Tech planning, Strategy, or related roles, or experience in a Tech management position
