Job Description:
A superb opportunity has arisen for an experienced surveyor to manage maintenance, compliance, and minor project work across this company's Midlands portfolio.
Working remotely from home, you'll utilize your skills as a project manager, building surveyor, facilities manager, or similar to visit various sites and assess property conditions as needed.
Building relationships with site teams is essential to ensure both planned maintenance and reactive issues are managed effectively. You will also oversee compliance across the estate, requiring experience with compliance and facilities management. Additionally, you will organize project work through JCT contracts, including writing specifications, tendering to contractors, and ensuring quality control.
You don't need to be chartered, but autonomous work experience across multiple sites is beneficial. Project delivery experience up to £300k, along with facilities, compliance, and maintenance experience, is necessary.
