Position: Activities Co-ordinator at The Birches

Role Overview
1. Plan and implement engaging activities that delight residents.
2. Assist the Home Manager in organizing fundraising events.
3. Encourage residents to socialize and participate in activities based on their hobbies.
4. Collaborate with the care home team to promote resident well-being.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience working with vulnerable individuals, preferably in activity programming.
* Positive energy and excellent interpersonal skills.
* Strong planning, organizational, and IT skills.
* Considerate and kind communication style.
* Ability to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and respond appropriately.
* Willingness to undertake safeguarding training and additional role-specific training.
