Role Overview We have an exciting opportunity for an ESG Lead to support and deliver our ambitious ESG vision. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspiring and creating change, driving education and supporting the delivery of our ESG roadmap. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the strategic development of ESG and sustainability, and also keen to get hands on with implementation of activities and projects. We will consider both Full Time and Part Time applicants Responsibilities Coordinate the development and execution of the ESG strategy and roadmap, driving accountability for results. Track, analyse, and report on key ESG / sustainability metrics (including oversight of carbon capture process) Ensure both internal and external stakeholders understand our ESG vision and the associated priorities. Co-ordinate and communicate with internal subject matter experts to lead cross functional ESG activities. Produce regular insights to update leadership team and ESG committee on progress against strategic commitments, ensuring tracking of sustainability goals in line with the ESG strategy. Support the development of the annual ESG CSR report and other Company publications, regulatory filings, ESG content and communications. Maintain awareness of global sustainability insights, standards and legislation which may impact FSP, and support the integration of sustainability best practices into FSP’s sustainability initiatives. Integrate sustainable practices and principles into our wider busine About you Have 3 years of relevant experience (related to sustainability or ESG). Experienced in the implementation and management of successful ESG and sustainability projects encompassing environmental, social and governance activities. Broad understanding of ESG and sustainability programme management Able to provide support, advice and technical ESG insight with colleagues, clients and suppliers at various levels of seniority. Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics, writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences Excellent verbal and written communicator with strong collaboration and people skills to engage, influence and manage a wide range of stakeholders Strategic thinker with analytical capabilities to turn insights into action.
