Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team in Malvern. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes by maintaining equipment and facilities. Your contributions will directly support our mission to provide top-tier products to discerning markets.
Responsibilities
* Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
* Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues as they arise.
* Read and interpret schematics to assist in repairs and installations.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
* Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
* Assist in training new staff on maintenance procedures as needed.
Qualifications * Proven experience in maintenance roles within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong knowledge of programmable logic controllers and electrical systems.
* Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings.
* Basic welding skills are a plus but not mandatory.
* Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various machinery.
* Good communication skills in English; supervisory experience is an advantage.
