Reablement Support Worker 8603 | Permanent contract | £19,706 to £21,004 per annum (Scale E) | 28.5 hours per week | Mill Close, Aylsham. Working in Cromer, Sheringham, North Walsham and Mundesley areas.

Working pattern over two weeks including weekends and bank holidays.

Here at Norfolk First Response we work with a reablement ethos, working alongside people in their homes to make a positive difference. We aim to help them regain their previous abilities within 6 weeks following a period of ill health or change in circumstances and our Support Workers (Reablement) are a key part of that.

The vacant post is 28.5 hours per week, working with the double assist team across Cromer, Sheringham, North Walsham, Mundesley and surrounding areas. You will work a range of mornings (either 7.30am to 2pm or 8am to 2.30pm) and evenings (either 4.30pm to 9pm or 5pm to 10pm) with the hours averaged out over a two-week rota, enabling you to plan in advance to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
