Sales Enablers Inc. is proud to be working with a market leader in their field on their search for this newly created role for a Marketing professional to take on this dynamic, challenging, and rewarding role, requiring a blend of technical expertise, marketing savvy, and a global perspective. This role will suit a proactive marketeer who has an entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to take this new role on and run with it and make it their own whilst working closely with the Head of Sales to create and execute new initiatives.
Purpose of the role
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will lead their product marketing efforts, which include supporting product, partner, and customer marketing initiatives (from technical buyer content, to benchmarking to nitty-gritty use cases for solution marketing), as well as sales engineering, technical sales, and partner sales enablement. You will help craft narratives around their technical solutions, technical sales and partner enablement collaterals. Support product launches, including working with cross-functional teams on messaging and goals. Work cross-functionally also with engineering, design, and other teams to define and iterate on products.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy.
* Identify areas for improvement in the sales process, tools and resources and create initiatives to address them.
* Design and deliver training programmes to equip sales with the knowledge and skills required to sell.
* Develop & create high-quality sales content.
* General Product marketing around new features and functionalities.
* Establish good working relationships with cross-functional teams and align with global stakeholders
* Develop and create compelling customer-facing presentations
* You will be the voice of sales and translate the technical across marketing, sales enablement and product
* Be the Go-To-Market expert for Product Marketing, working cross-functionally across Product Marketing, Enablement, Sales Strategy and Distribution
* Develop, create, package, and deliver relevant sales training material, making it easy for sales to understand product offerings
* Create and produce content for events such as webinars and exhibitions
* Develop marketing campaigns to generate awareness.
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
* 3+ years of Product Marketing, Sales or Go-To-Market background
* Have proven marketing experience within a B2B environment.
* Have exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Have a data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse campaign performance metrics and make data-backed recommendations.
* Be a creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and engaging marketing campaigns.
* Be familiar with B2B marketing and a solid understanding of the buyers journey.
* Collaborate with a willingness to drive hands-on tactical execution.
* Have experience with sales enablement.
Desirable:
* Working with Technical products in a manufacturing environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
