We are looking for an experienced School Receptionist in the Liverpool area who is ready to hit the ground running. This urgent role offers £13.68-£14.50 per hour, negotiable based on what you bring to the table.
Duties:
* Manage the front desk and greet all school visitors warmly.
* Maintain and update student information using the SIMS database.
* Take phone calls and handle general enquiries from parents and staff.
* Keep the office organised and assist with school mail and filing.
Skills Needed:
* Must have experience working with SIMS .
* Strong communication skills and a helpful attitude.
* Reliable, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks.
* Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
