As part of our commitment to providing exceptional experiences, we are seeking a warm, professional, and service-oriented Spa Host to join our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience:
* Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable throughout their visit.
* Provide detailed information about spa facilities, treatments, and packages, tailoring recommendations to guests’ preferences.
* Handle guest queries and resolve any concerns promptly to ensure an exceptional spa experience.
Facility Coordination
* Ensure the spa environment is immaculate and inviting, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and changing facilities.
* Monitor the stock of towels, robes, and refreshments, replenishing as needed.
* Assist with the preparation of treatment rooms, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
Team Support
* Collaborate with therapists and spa management to maintain seamless daily operations.
* Support therapists by managing schedules, preparing rooms, and facilitating smooth transitions between appointments.
* Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about spa services and initiatives.
Administrative Duties
* Manage bookings and check-ins using the spa’s reservation system.
* Process payments and provide accurate billing for services and retail products.
* Maintain records of guest preferences and feedback to enhance future experiences.
Qualifications
* Experience: Previous experience in a hospitality, customer service, or spa environment is preferred.
* Skills:
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
o A proactive, can-do attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction.
* Appearance: Presentable and professional appearance in line with spa standards.
* Other Requirements:
o Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
o Passion for wellness, luxury service, and creating memorable guest experiences.
